Nikolay Vydashenko

Nikolay V. Vydashenko is an Assistant Director in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, based in the Fort Worth Regional Office.  Mr. Vydashenko supervises investigations into potential violations of the securities laws, including accounting and financial fraud, insider trading, and offering fraud.  As a member of the Enforcement Division’s Asset Management Unit, he also supervises investigations concerning the conduct of investment advisers.  Previously, Mr. Vydashenko served as Senior Trial Counsel and as a staff attorney in the Fort Worth Regional Office, as well as an in-house counsel at a financial services company.  Mr. Vydashenko began his career as a litigation associate in the New York office of Vinson & Elkins LLP.  He received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
