  • The National Society of Compliance Professionals is a nonprofit, membership organization dedicated to serving and supporting the compliance professional in the financial services industry. NSCP is “For Compliance, By Compliance.” NSCP membership provides the financial services professional with a wide range of resources including a vast network of compliance peers, continuing education to further their knowledge and specialized skills, and regulatory involvement through representation of compliance interests.

  • The conference will be held at the Omni Dallas Hotel, located in the heart of downtown Dallas, across the street from the Dallas Convention Center.

    The hotel's physical address is 555 S Lamar Dallas, Texas 75202.

    The Omni Dallas is 6.5 miles from Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL). and 19 miles from DFW International Airport (DFW).

  • Attendees should plan to arrive by Sunday evening, October 27th to participate in the full conference beginning on Monday, October 28th. The conference will conclude at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 30th.

    There will be a Welcome Reception on Sunday evening from 5:00 - 6:30 PM for NSCP members only.

  • NSCP’s conference app will be available for download to attendees’ mobile devices prior to the conference. The conference app will be used to access the conference agenda, session information, participate in session polls, speaker evaluations, exhibit floor information, scanning into sessions for continuing education credit, and more.

    Attendees may opt to bring fully charged laptop computers but there are no charging stations or outlets in the conference rooms.

  • No, the National Conference this year will only be available for in-person attendees. None of the sessions will be recorded.

  • 2024 Conference Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Individual registrations are fully refundable (less a 3% processing fee) until October 11, 2024. After this date, no refunds will be issued; however, the registrant has the option to substitute someone else to attend in their place or apply a credit towards registration for the 2025 National Conference by October 18th. After October 18th, no name changes will be honored. All cancellations, refund requests, and substitution requests must be submitted to NSCP via written notification to conferences@nscp.org.

    Registrants using the Group registration rate are permitted to cancel with a full refund (less a 3% processing fee) until October 11th, 2024, as long as the group remains at a minimum of 3 registrations. If the cancellation brings the group to below 3 registrations, only substitutions will be accepted through October 18th. If no substitution is provided, the cancelling registrant will have the option to submit a credit request by October 18th for their payment to be credited towards their registration for the 2025 National Conference. After October 18th, no substitutions or credit requests will be honored. All cancellations, refund requests, and substitution requests must be submitted to NSCP via written notification to conferences@nscp.org.

  • NSCP will strictly adhere to all local and state guidance at the time of the conference.

  • All conference materials will be available for download prior to the conference. There is no charge for the electronic materials. Printed materials will not be available.

  • NSCP will once again be offering the opportunity for attendees to earn Continuing Education (“CE”) credit for attending sessions at the 2023 NSCP National Conference.

    Certificates of Attendance will be issued to those who sign up for Continuing Education when they register for the event AND verify their attendance using their mobile devices camera to scan the QR code upon entering each CE eligible breakout session.

    CE credit will NOT be awarded to attendees who fail to scan the QR codes before the sessions begin.

    No Scan – No Credit – No Exceptions.

  • General Conference Policies

    Service Providers and law firm attorneys who are not sponsors or exhibitors are only eligible for the service provider rates.

    Registrants that are non-exhibiting, non-sponsoring Consulting, Technology and Law Firms may not solicit or advertise to registrants of the NSCP National Conference.

    Regulators may attend sessions marked as “Restricted”, but press may not attend those sessions. Regulators and members of the press may both attend the regulatory sessions marked as “Open” on the agenda.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Registrations are fully refundable (less a 3% processing fee) until September 29, 2023. After this date, no refunds will be issued; however, the registered attendee has the option to substitute someone else to attend in their place by October 11th. All cancellations, request for refunds, and substitution requests must be submitted to NCSCP via written notification to info@nscp.org .

    Registrants using the Group registration rate are allowed to cancel with a full refund (less a 3% processing fee) until September 29, 2023, as long as the group remains at 3 registrations. If the cancellation brings the group to below 3 registrations, only substitutions will be accepted through October 11th. If no substitution is provided, the remaining registrations in the group will be charged the difference between the regular rate vs. the group rate.

    COVID-19

    By registering for this event you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending this event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold NSCP and any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury. NSCP will adhere to the state and facility guidelines that are in effect at the time of the conference.

    Consent to Use Photographic Images

    Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NSCP Conferences and other activities authorizes an agreement by the registrant for the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions and audio recordings of such events and activities by NSCP.

  • As required by various state continuing legal education boards, NSCP has adopted a financial hardship policy that applies to attorneys experiencing financial hardship. Financial hardship is defined as an attorney who earns less than $50,000 per year. The attorney must provide to NSCP proof of income and/or attestation of employment status. Upon verification of status, NSCP will advise the attorney on how to register for a reduced cost that is based on the attorney’s status and NSCP’s policy.
