Iain Duke-Richardet
Iain is the Head of Compliance at FUTUREBANK, where he oversees the Compliance Program. For almost two decades, Iain has provided legal, regulatory and compliance guidance on global technology-related legal and regulatory issues such as social media and electronic communications platforms, as well as information management, books & records, software and product development, cybersecurity, SEC and FINRA regulation, as well as Privacy. Iain is joining us from Hearsay where he led Compliance Strategy and was responsible for guiding global financial firm customers around the ever-evolving social engagement regulatory landscape. Prior to Hearsay, he was a Principal in Accenture’s Management Consulting Regulatory & Compliance Practice within Finance and Risk and previously served in various roles, including Head of Compliance Shared Services for a broker-dealer and investment adviser, and Head of Technology Compliance.
