NSCP will once again be offering the opportunity for attendees to receive Continuing Education (“CE”) Credits at our National Conference, including CLE, CPE, CSCP, and more.
Verification of Attendance will be required throughout the virtual sessions.
Failure to verify at any point will prevent NSCP from providing a certificate for the session(s) in question.
CE credit will NOT be awarded for the viewing of recorded sessions.
Obtaining CE Credits at the 2020 National Conference is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
STEP 1
STEP 2
STEP 3
NSCP will ONLY apply for pre-approval of Continuing Legal Education ("CLE") with the MCLE Board of the Supreme Court of Illinois and the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism. If you need CLE credit in a state other than Illinois, you will need to self-apply to the state you are licensed using the Certificate of Attendance provided by NSCP. Illinois is a reciprocal state for the majority of other states for CLE and their pre-approval is widely accepted by other state bars.
NOTE: Every state bar sets their own rules and follows their own guidelines. NSCP cannot guarantee that every state will recognize NSCP as an accredited provider for online/virtual/distance learning and thus many choose not to award you CLE credits for this event.
Attendees MUST verify their attendance three (3) times for every session they need CE credit in order to receive credit for that session.
No Attendance Verification - No Credit - No Exceptions.
*Key Notes and Talk Groups are NOT eligible for CE Credits.
NSCP will work to resolve all complaints made known with regard to continuing education or a certificate of attendance reported directly to NSCP via email @ certification@nscp.org .
