Scott Weisman
Mr. Weisman joined Bain Capital in 2016. He is a Managing Director and the Firm’s Global Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Regulatory Counsel based in Bain Capital’s Boston office. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he was a Managing Director in the Financial Services Regulatory Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers and earlier served as an Assistant Director in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement (Asset Management Unit). Mr. Weisman holds an LL.M. degree in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University, a J.D. from American University, and B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
