Rob Schwartz
Mr. Schwartz is responsible for overseeing all legal and compliance aspects of Deer Park. Mr. Schwartz brings over 26 years’ experience in the legal and compliance sector. Prior to joining the firm, he was General Counsel and CCO at Loeb King Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Schwartz was Managing Director at Nomura Corporate Research and Asset Management which managed $12B of High Yield and Leveraged Loan assets. His responsibilities included legal, compliance, marketing and strategic development. Led expansion of firm from $2B to $12B in RAUM including establishment of Hedge Fund Division. Earlier in his career, Rob was a Managing Director within the Asset Backed Securities department of Prudential Securities, in this role he held responsibilities as a Calling Officer for MBS and ABS transactions as well as involvement in the structuring of ABS and warehouse lending transactions. Mr. Schwartz received his JD at Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, MO and earned a BA at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.
