Natalie H. Kossak, Esq. Natalie H. Kossak is Chief Compliance Officer for Financial & Retirement Services (F&RS) at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (“Gallagher”). As Chief Compliance Officer she is responsible for providing leadership, direction and oversight regarding F&RS compliance programs, including the policies, risk assessment, monitoring, reporting, and control framework. She is responsible for management of compliance staff, including ensuring compliance compliance policies and procedures and with Federal laws and regulations and industry standards.. Natalie also assists in overseeing Gallagher’s internal legal affairs. Prior to joining Gallagher in 2006, Natalie worked in private practice representing both private and public companies on a wide range of employee benefits, employment and executive compensation matters. Prior to entering private practice, Natalie worked for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Division, which administers and enforces ERISA. Natalie graduated with distinction from Hofstra University School of Law where she was a member of the Law Review after receiving her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Binghamton University. Natalie has been a speaker at ERISA related conferences such as Practicing Law Institute and the American Bar Association Employee Benefits mid-winter meeting.
