Meghan Irmler
Ms. Irmler is an Associate General Counsel in the Asset Management Group of Raymond James & Associates, Inc. supporting the firm’s retail advisory programs. Prior to joining Raymond James, Ms. Irmler was a Senior Attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP where she advised U.S. and non-U.S. financial institutions, fund managers, and other financial industry clients on matters involving the regulation of investment advisers across practice areas from financial products and M&A to structured finance and private equity.
Ms. Irmler received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University.
