Marc Gilman

Marc Gilman is the General Counsel and VP of Compliance at Theta Lake. Marc brings a wealth of experience to Theta Lake, where he advises on technology, privacy, regulatory engagement, audit (SOC 2, PCI DSS), and product strategy. Marc is an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law where he teaches a course on compliance, technology, and financial services. Prior to joining Theta Lake, Marc was an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley’s legal and compliance departments and was a litigation associate at Schiff Hardin LLP.
