Katrina Berishaj
Katrina L. Berishaj is counsel in Stadley Ronon’s Investment Management Practice Group. Ms. Berishaj counsels institutional investors and financial institutions, such as broker-dealers, investment advisers, banks, trust companies, and insurance companies on issues arising under the fiduciary and prohibited transaction rules of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the Internal Revenue Code, with respect to financial products, services, and transactions. Mr. Berishaj also advises on qualified and nonqualified retirement plans and executive and equity compensation arrangements. Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Ms. Berishaj served as the chief ERISA attorney at a leading diversified financial services company.
