Dee Raibourn

Dee is the Chief Compliance Officer at Avidity Partners, a long/short healthcare hedge fund with offices in Dallas, TX and Greenwich, CT.  Prior to joining Avidity in 2022, he was a Senior Staff Attorney for the Division of Enforcement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a member of the Complex Financial Instruments Unit.  Earlier in his career, Dee was a partner at a Dallas-based law firm, traded weather derivatives for an international energy company, and was a registered representative.  He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and University of Oklahoma Law School and Price College of Business MBA.  Dee also serves as an adjunct professor at Texas A&M University School of Law.
