Debbie Noury
Debbie Noury is the Director of the Elder Financial Exploitation Investigations team at Fidelity Investments. The team is responsible for investigating financial exploitation of senior and vulnerable adults. She has over 21 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is dedicated to customer protection, vulnerability and providing education and awareness about scams that target our most vulnerable clients, working closely with outside agencies and industry partners.
Debbie is a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a Series 7 and 24 license. She has received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the International Association of Financial Crime Investigators, a member of the National Association of Bunco Investigators and the SIFMA Senior Investor Forum.
