Amber Allen
Amber serves as the General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Fairview®, LLC, and its five subsidiaries, which provide compliance consulting and back-office financial services to SEC registered investment advisers, mutual funds, and other financial institutions located throughout the US. Amber serves as General Counsel and President of Fairview Cyber, LLC, where she has been instrumental in designing and leading the operations since the firm’s 2019 launch. Fairview Cyber develops cyber and data security programs and advises its clients on regulatory requirements and industry best practices. She also serves as General Counsel and Vice President for Fairview Investment Services, LLC, where she works with internal teams and new clients to efficiently evaluate risk and establish and implement a customized compliance program consistent with industry best practices.
Ms. Allen is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional. She earned her JD from Elon University School of Law, where she currently sits on the Alumni Council, and a BS in Business Administration - Finance from North Carolina State University. Ms. Allen serves as Co-Chair of NSCP's Publications Committee, Chair of the RIA Subcommittee, and is a member of the Currents Editorial Board.
