Toni Voglino

Toni Voglino, Compliance Officer for the Maryland State Retirement and Pension System, has more than 20 years of experience in audit and compliance and specializes in pension fund investment compliance.  She is responsible for investment compliance activities for both internal and external managers, compliance with all regulatory matters for the System, ethics, conflicts of interest and personal trading monitoring.  Prior to her position as Compliance Officer, Toni was the Chief Internal Auditor for the System.  Toni holds a Certified Internal Auditor designation, received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from West Virginia University and lives in Annapolis with her husband and daughter.
