Sarah Mallett
Sarah S. Mallett is an Assistant Director in the Enforcement Division for the SEC’s Fort Worth Regional Office. In that role, she oversees investigations involving misconduct by investment advisers and auditors, offering and accounting frauds, financial fraud, and investigations involving crypto asset securities. Prior to joining the SEC, Ms. Mallett was a litigation associate at the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP. She received her B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. cum laude from SMU’s Dedman School of Law.
