George Rautenberg
George Rautenberg is a Senior Systems Analyst for Wellington Management’s Regulatory Technology team, and a founding leader of the firm’s LGBTQIA+ Diversity Awareness and Events committee, helping to lead the march in Wellington’s first Pride parade in 2019 and dozens of events since. George is deeply dedicated to his allyship work, collaborating with employee resource groups and leaders across his organization to shed light on critical issues, everyday oversights, and reasons to celebrate what makes us unique. George joined Wellington as a Year Up intern in 2015, and his passion for technology and helping others has driven his career.
