Dr. Camille Howard

Dr. Camille Howard is a highly experienced and respected professional in the fields of human resources and ethics.  She is the President & Founder of Humanistic Power LLC, a consultancy firm that specializes in helping businesses and organizations improve their HR practices and ethical standards.  With over 18 years of experience in the industry, Dr. Howard has become a sought-after expert in her field and has helped companies navigate complex ethical and human resources challenges.

In addition to her consultancy work, Dr. Howard is currently serving as a Regional Ethics & Compliance Officer for a global multinational HVAC company, where she oversees the development and implementation of ethics and compliance programs.  Her expertise in this area has been instrumental in helping the company maintain its commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.  Dr. Howard holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, with a focus on strategic leadership and is pursuing a Masters of Studies in Law, with a focus on compliance, through Fordham University.
