John Kalohn is Vice President, FINRA, Testing and Continuing Education, RAD. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading FINRA’s efforts in the development, maintenance and delivery of the securities industry qualification examinations and CE programs. He has over twenty years of experience in educational measurement and large-scale assessments. Dr. Kalohn’s prior experience includes service with one of the nation’s largest providers of educational and workplace measurement and research services. He is a subject matter expert in the development and implementation of large-scale assessment programs, item and test development, and psychometrics. Additionally, he served on FINRA’s Diversity Leadership Council which is focused on diversity and inclusion programs for FINRA staff and FINRA’s Diversity Summit for the securities industry. Dr. Kalohn holds a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from the State University of New York at Cortland, a Masters of Arts from Wake Forest University and a Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
