Ank believes that effective leadership is driven through the connection to personal values that define who you are, what’s important to you and what you want to accomplish and leave behind. In her work with clients she has a special interest and focus on conversational capacity and cultural intelligence.
Over the years Ank worked with leaders, managers, CEOs, business professionals and small business owners across a wide range of industries. Her clients vary from financial services, healthcare, utilities, marketing, retail, professional services, nonprofit and academia, both in the US and Europe. Her areas of expertise include management and leadership development, cultural intelligence, cross-cultural management, change management and personal effectiveness.
As a clinical professor at Suffolk University in Boston, Ank teaches classes in Leadership, Cross-Cultural Management and Organizational Change.
Ank holds a master degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University in Irvine, and a master degree in Law from the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands. She is accredited by the International Coach Federation and, holds certifications in Organizational Development and Organizational Communication and Organization & Relationship System Coaching (ORSC).
